Thunderline-Z's DC feedthrus are manufactured using precision components and controlled furnace technologies for perfect hermeticity. Thunderline miniature DC feedthrus are half the size of an average feedthru and are ideal for a variety of applications where a tight space within a row of feedthrus is imperative.
Thunderline-Z's DC feedthrus also allow for a solder schedule exceeding 300° C. This high temperature capability increases solder schedule flexibility across the whole module and helps to reduce final inspection time.
