Complete In-house Tool and Die Shop

Our technical expertise and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment provide continuous, in-plant maintenance of production dies. This aids in timely deliveries to customers.

Modern Tool Manufacturing Techniques

CAD and Wire EDM processes are used to minimize die making costs, while producing high-precision dies. Tolerances of +/- 0.0002" are typical. We utilize cutting steels known for optimum edge strength. These materials allow long production runs, low maintenance and competitive part costs.
